For hot buffet stations, a chef may assist guests by carving meats or preparing dishes on the spot. Waitstaff handle clearing dishes and refilling wine and sparkling wine for guests.

These standing receptions generally last about three hours, offering a relaxed yet elegant setting for your special event.

Banquets

A banquet is a formal and ceremonial dining event held for a specific occasion with a structured program. It is typically organized for a large number of guests and maintains an elegant and prestigious atmosphere.

Banquets feature lavishly decorated round tables, with guests seated according to a pre-arranged seating plan. Impeccable service is a key element, ensuring a seamless experience. Guests are served a uniform multi-course menu, with all courses delivered simultaneously by the waitstaff.
