Buffets, Receptions & Parties
Buffets and receptions are social gatherings held for occasions such as national holidays, film premieres, birthdays, or other special events. They are typically hosted in a large hall or garden, where buffet tables are set up for guests to serve themselves.
For hot buffet stations, a chef may assist guests by carving meats or preparing dishes on the spot. Waitstaff handle clearing dishes and refilling wine and sparkling wine for guests.
These standing receptions generally last about three hours, offering a relaxed yet elegant setting for your special event.
Banquets
A banquet is a formal and ceremonial dining event held for a specific occasion with a structured program. It is typically organized for a large number of guests and maintains an elegant and prestigious atmosphere.
Banquets feature lavishly decorated round tables, with guests seated according to a pre-arranged seating plan. Impeccable service is a key element, ensuring a seamless experience. Guests are served a uniform multi-course menu, with all courses delivered simultaneously by the waitstaff.
The entire event usually lasts around 3 to 4 hours, providing a sophisticated and memorable dining experience.
Cocktail Receptions
A cocktail party is a short social gathering typically held for occasions such as art exhibitions, post-concert gatherings, grand openings, or other special events.
During the event, waitstaff circulate among guests, serving cold and warm appetizers designed to be enjoyed without the need for plates or cutlery. The entire reception is a standing event, usually lasting around two hours.
Cocktail receptions are often accompanied by additional entertainment, such as fashion shows, presentations, or multimedia displays, creating a dynamic and elegant atmosphere.
